The Ogun State Police Command of the Nigeria Police Force has
bagged an award for the Most Outstanding Crime Bursting Police Command in West
Africa. The award was given by the Security Watch Africa at its 11th Lectures
and Awards ceremony held at Al Ghurair Hotel and Event Centre, Dubai, United
Arab Emirates ,from November 25 to 27.
Others who also won at the awards ceremony include the
command’s spokesperson, Muyiwa Adejobi; Mr. Manko; the officer in charge Special
Anti-Robbery Squad in Ogun State, Mohammed Tijani; and the Commissioners of
Police in Kano, Sokoto and Katsina.
