The chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Lamorde, has been removed from office. Though no
official statement has been released on his removal, but many media houses have
confirmed his removal. It is believed that an official statement would be
released soon.

4-year-old Saudi Young Boy Stabbed 8 Times by Ethiopian HouseMaid
According to a Saudi Arabian newspaper, Sada, an Ethiopian housemaid on
Sunday, November 8, stabbed the four-year-old son of her Saudi employer

Nigeria Troops Kill 30 Boko Haram Insurgents, Rescue 338 Persons
Troops of 28 Task Force Brigade Nigerian Army deployed at
Bitta and Pridang carried out a successful raid on suspected Boko Haram
terrorists camps at Bulajilin and Manawashe villages along Bita and Damboa road
at the fringes of Sambisa forest on Tuesday and killed 30 Boko Haram terrorists
in the process.
The unit also rescued 338 persons that were held captive by
the terrorists in their enclaves. The rescued persons which comprised of 8 males,
138 females and children 192, have since been evacuated to Mubi.
One General Purpose Machine Gun, two Dane Guns, 150 rounds
of 7.62mm (NATO), 6 boxes of 7.62mm (NATO) and 3 cutlasses were retrieved from
